Yes, the cover has been designed to trap in the heat and it has extended flaps to prevent the wind from getting up under the cover and cooling the water.
The cabinets on our hot tubs are made from easy care, wood-effect material, which requires no specific maintenance. You may want to simply rinse it with a hose once in a while to keep it looking nice so that it retains its lustre during its lifetime. You may also like to know that the cabinets never lose their colour
Your HotSpring hot tub comes with excellent warranties which a member of your HotSpring Central team would be happy to explain in more detail.
With regards to the electrical supply you should only use a CSCS/ECS registered Electrician. Please ask us if you need more information.

Technically you can place a hot tub anywhere, although we find that most of our customers prefer the outdoor experience. You may like to consider putting your new hot tub into a Spa Shelter to help protect you from the weather and nosey neighbours!
Yes, providing you leave the appropriate access to the maintenance panel.
The installation and commissioning of your new hot tub will take approximately 2-3 hours and there is no additional charge for this service.

If we have the stock then we can deliver within 48 hours. If the stock needs to be ordered then it may take up to 8 weeks for delivery.
You will be contacted by email by our Service Department to arrange a date for delivery of your new hot tub. Products from our Online store will be shipped straight out to you.
Delivery for chemical orders on our Online Store are free of charge if you spend over £60. Orders less than £60 carry a £10 delivery charge. See our terms and conditions.
Owing to our superior filtration, we recommend that you change the water in a HotSpring Hot tub every 4 months.
The HotSpring hot tubs cost from about 60 pence per day to run depending on season and usage.
No. With our maintenance programme, designed to make your life easy and stress free, you will probably spend no more than a few minutes a week treating the water. We will provide you with a DVD Guide on how to maintain your hot tub.
Yes, as long as you have the appropriate base and electrics, you should be able to move and reposition your hot tub pretty much anywhere you would like.
Our hot tubs are built for many years of fun and hydrotherapy. You can expect to enjoy your HotSpring hot tub for years and years!
You do not need a water supply as our hot tubs are filled and emptied via a hose.
