We were both very apprehensive about the process of buying a hot tub but after investigation on the net and numerous visits to different suppliers we ended up at HotSpring in Tillicoultry.

The moment we stepped into the showroom we felt a totally different atmosphere. We received expert friendly advice with no over-pushy sales technique. Any questions asked were answered in easy-to-understand terms. We felt totally at home.
Again every aspect of the installation and after care was carefully explained. But again with no hard-sale tactics.
As installation day came closer both Anna & Gail kept us up-to-date with what the procedure would be. We also had the added complication of having to hire a crane. Anna & Gail again made sure everything was double-checked and the hot tub would be delivered on time. The delivery process was thankfully smooth.
Our installation team were superb – taking time to make sure you understand exactly what you should be doing and when. Again Anna & Gail were also at the end of the phone to sort out an teething problems with chemicals etc. Initally I thought the chemicals would be very complicated – how wrong was I !!!
We did have a problem with our spa audio system – this was swiftly resolved with one phone call to Sterling. An engineer’s visit was booked and the problem was swiftly rectified. I also received a follow-up call to confirm everything was to our satisfaction.
All the people we have meet from HotSpring have been superb. Very professional and the aftercare service has been second to none – I have, and will continue to, recommend HotSpring as the best place to buy a hot tub.
