Having researched the hot tub market we decided on a HotSpring hot tub after having visited Anna at Sterling Furniture centre. She did not try to give us a hard sell, but was able to answer our questions in a very professional manner from her obviously extensive knowledge of the product,and made it very plain that her help did not end when the tub was installed.
She discussed our requirements and suggested the Sovereign model and gave us her mobile number on which we could contact her even after office hours – service indeed!
After our purchase, and just prior to delivery, we revisited and were given very thorough instructions by her on the chemicals and their measurement.
We are absolutely delighted with our HotSpring hot tub and their after sales service, and particularly with the service from Anna and Gail at Sterling Furniture centre, and would certainly recommend anyone thinking of a hot tub to visit them before making a final decision.
